🔧 What you will do

Supporting customers as their main point of contact

Assist customers professionally and efficiently
Offer support via phone and email
Deliver a positive and solution-oriented experience

Handle operational and administrative tasks

Perform back-office activities related to customer accounts
Support account-related processes and updates

Work in a regulated environment

Follow internal procedures and legal requirements carefully
Ensure communication and documentation are accurate and compliant

✅ What We Are Looking For

Language Skills

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Understanding of Irish is vital in order to support communication with client

Core Competencies

Strong attention to detail
Good analytical and decision-making skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

The ability to speak and support communication in Irish is highly valued, but not a must
Experience in banking operations, back office, or administrative roles
Studies in business, finance, economics, or a related field
