🎯 What you will do

Key Tasks

Serve as the main contact for English‑speaking customers, addressing questions and solving issues across various channels.
Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions using our ticket handling system.
Take ownership of customer complaints, escalate when necessary, and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve a high level of satisfaction.
Follow communication scripts and procedures while adapting to individual situations as needed.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role ( OR recent graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply).

Language Skills

• English: Native speaker or proficiency at C1 level, with impeccable grammar and pronunciation.

Core Competencies & Skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to quickly learn new helpdesk software and ticket handling systems.
• Strong customer orientation and a service‑minded attitude.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to different types of customers and situations.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time‑management skills.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and a strong team spirit.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
