What you will do in this role

As a Payment Review Analyst on our team, you will:

Conduct manual review of payment transactions flagged by automated screening due to potential recipient/watchlist matches or other ambiguous risk indicators
Analyze transaction details
Compare transactions with sanctions or internal screening results
Assess customer/KYC context
Document findings
Decide whether to release, hold, reject or escalate the payments

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient in English (C1 level)
Are proactive, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
Have good PC Skills
Are available to work from our office in Iasi Monday - Sunday (business hours)
Nice to have: previous experience in KYC or KYB
