What you will do in this role

As a Customer Agent with Italian on our team, you will:

Provide solutions to clients’ issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
Offer customer service by providing information about travel aspects (flight cancellation, booking tickets, refunds, discounts, destinations, etc)
Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience

Your qualifications

Very good level of Italian language (both written and spoken)
Have a medium level of ︀English
Customer orientated mindset with focus on problem solving
Attention to details
Good computer skills
Patience and proactivity
Availability to work from our headquarters in Iasi
