What you will do in this role

As a KYC Analyst with Hebrew & English on our team, you will:

Perform customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) as part of KYC processes
Review and verify client documentation in line with regulatory requirements
Conduct ongoing monitoring of client accounts and transactions
Identify and escalate suspicious activities in line with AML policies
Support AML investigations and contribute to transaction monitoring activities
Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient or bilingual in Hebrew and English
Prior experience in KYC, with exposure to AML processes
Solid financial background
Understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Law, or related field) – considered a strong advantage
Experience with customer risk assessments and transaction monitoring
Attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to meet deadlines
Good communication and organizational abilities
Have availability to work from our office in Bucharest
