What you will do in this role
As a Customer Advisor - Social Media with Dutch & English on our team, you will:

Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email or chat) to ensure consistent customer experience
Respond promptly to queries and suggestions for the following- depending on the line of business:
Account information
Billing and Payments
Technical support
Account information
Other queries regarding customer service

Your qualifications:
Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are proficient in one of these languages: Dutch (C1 level)
Have a good level of English (B2 level)
Have good PC Skills (technical skills nice to have, but not mandatory)
Are proactive, self-motivated and solution-oriented
Are available to work in shifts
Previous experience in customer support represents a plus but it’s not mandatory.
