What you will do in this role

As a Content Moderator with Bulgarian & English on our team, you will:

Identify content that is not in compliance with requirements and flag for action
Moderate interactions (voice, email or chat) to ensure a consistent customer experience
Maintain a high-quality service while interacting with the customer
Ensure super quality and secure interactions on social media
Champion better brand experiences for our customers and clients

Your qualifications
