What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor with Italian and English on our team, you will:

Provide solutions to clients' issues in order to deliver excellent customer experience
Inform and promote insurance solutions for in-warranty and post-warranty products
Manage multichannel interactions (voice, chat, email) to ensure a consistent customer experience

Your qualifications

Have advanced level of Italian language (both written and spoken) - C1
Have a good level of English - C1
Customer orientated mind set with focus on problem solving
Attention to details
Good computer skills
Patience and proactivity
Availability to work from our headquarters in Iasi
